Managing Repeated Orders / Subscriptions
Our subscription option is designed to make raw feeding easier without locking you into automatic charges.
Instead of auto-charging your card, we use recurring invoices. This means your repeated order can be created automatically, but payment remains flexible.
You can either:
- Pay cash on delivery
- Receive an invoice by email and pay online
This gives you more control over your order while still helping you stay consistent with your dog’s raw feeding routine.
Why We Use Recurring Invoices
We have found that automatic charging can cause problems, especially with frozen raw dog food. Stock can vary, products may need swapping, or customers may forget to update their order before payment is taken.
Using recurring invoices allows us to confirm your order directly before delivery. This helps avoid unwanted items, missed swaps, or stock issues.
It also means you do not need to remember to place the same order every time, helping keep your dog’s diet consistent without breaking their raw feeding routine.
How to edit and pay for your subscription
- Open the menu and click Subscriptions to view your repeated order.
- Click View subscription.
- To change your order, click Edit next to the subscription or items section.
- You can amend products, pause, skip, or cancel your repeated order.
- When you are ready to complete your order, open the menu and click Orders.
- Find your pending order and click Pay now.
- Once payment is complete, your order will be confirmed.
- You will then receive your delivery confirmation and updates via WhatsApp.
