Managing Repeated Orders / Subscriptions

Our subscription option is designed to make raw feeding easier without locking you into automatic charges.

Instead of auto-charging your card, we use recurring invoices. This means your repeated order can be created automatically, but payment remains flexible.

You can either:

• Pay cash on delivery
• Receive an invoice by email and pay online

This gives you more control over your order while still helping you stay consistent with your dog’s raw feeding routine.

Why We Use Recurring Invoices

We have found that automatic charging can cause problems, especially with frozen raw dog food. Stock can vary, products may need swapping, or customers may forget to update their order before payment is taken.

Using recurring invoices allows us to confirm your order directly before delivery. This helps avoid unwanted items, missed swaps, or stock issues.

It also means you do not need to remember to place the same order every time, helping keep your dog’s diet consistent without breaking their raw feeding routine.

Managing Your Repeated Orders

You can manage your repeated orders through your customer account.

Log in below to:

• Add items to your upcoming order as a one-time purchase or recurring item
• Remove products from future orders
• Amend delivery dates
• Pause or skip deliveries
• Manage your repeated orders
• Update your details
• View previous orders
