Purchase options cancellations policy

This Purchase Options / Subscription Cancellation Policy applies to any recurring orders, subscription plans, or repeat purchase options offered by THE RAW DOG, operated by RAW NUTRITION LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”).

This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Delivery Policy, and Refund / Returns Policy.

1. Overview

Where available, customers may choose to purchase products on a recurring or subscription basis (for example, repeat deliveries at set intervals).

 

By selecting a subscription or recurring purchase option, you agree to:

  • automatic future orders at the selected frequency
  • automatic charges where applicable
  • these cancellation and management terms

2. Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription by:

  • contacting us directly (e.g. WhatsApp or email), or
  • using any account or subscription management system provided

You are responsible for ensuring any changes are made in sufficient time before your next order is processed.

3. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

However, cancellation will only apply to future orders that have not yet been processed or prepared.

4. Cut-Off for Cancellation

To cancel or amend a subscription order, you must do so before the order is processed.

As a general guideline:

  • changes or cancellations should be made before the weekly order cut-off (typically Friday 12:00pm)

If cancellation is requested after processing has begun, we may be unable to stop the order.

5. Orders Already Processed

If a subscription order has already been:

  • confirmed
  • prepared
  • packed
  • or allocated to a delivery route

it will be treated as a live order and cannot usually be cancelled.

In these cases, the order will be delivered and handled in line with our Delivery Policy and Refund / Returns Policy.

6. Perishable Goods

Many of our products are frozen and perishable.

Once a subscription order has been processed, the usual cancellation rights for distance sales do not apply where goods are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

7. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails:

  • the order may not be processed
  • the delivery may be skipped
  • we may contact you to resolve the issue

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions where payment issues persist.

8. Changes to Subscription

We reserve the right to:

  • modify or discontinue subscription options
  • change available products within a subscription
  • adjust pricing where necessary

Any changes will apply to future orders only.

9. Pausing Subscription

Where supported, you may request to:

  • pause your subscription
  • skip a delivery

This must be done before the relevant order cut-off.

10. Refunds on Subscription Orders

Refunds for subscription orders are handled in line with our Refund / Returns Policy.

No refunds will usually be provided for:

  • orders cancelled after processing
  • perishable goods already prepared
  • missed deliveries due to customer-side issues

11. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a subscription at any time where necessary, including but not limited to:

  • repeated failed deliveries
  • failed payments
  • misuse of the service
  • abusive or unreasonable behaviour
